IEEE Xplore Feb 19 & 21 Maintenance
This just in from IEEE:
"Dear IEEE Subscriber,
To minimize the need for IEEE Xplore downtime in the future, we have undertaken a significant effort to prepare a failover site in Arizona. These efforts are nearing completion, and require a live test where we route normal levels of IEEE Xplore traffic to that location.
During this test, users may experience up to one hour of downtime on Tuesday, 19 February, 2008, beginning at 10:00AM EST. When we transfer traffic back to our New Jersey facility, on Thursday, 21 February, 2008, users can again expect up to one hour of downtime, beginning at 8:00AM EST.
An alert will be posted to the IEEE Xplore home page. Please encourage your users to take this into account as they plan their research. If you have questions, please contact onlinesupport@ieee.org."
We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience.
