GPO continues to restore PURLs

GPO continues to rebuild the PURL resolution database to re-establish linking to all its content following a signficant hardware failure on August 24. No data has been lost. Most PURLs have already been restored. At the current restoration rate, all the PURLs should be restored within the next two days.
