Springer experiencing technical difficulties, 9/21/10 3pm

Springer, who recently has modified their publishing platform for online journals, etc., is experiencing system-wide problems today, Tuesday, September 21.

Earlier in the day, the Springer website was slow. At this time, access to all journals, books and reference tools has failed ... users are seeing error messages from Springer's software.
