No user information (that is, what you have checked out or when it is due) will be affected during this brief system maintenance.

ScienceDirect unavailable for part of Saturday, February 24th

ScienceDirect will be unavailable on Saturday, February 24th for approximately 9 hours starting at 05:00 AM CST.

During this time the publisher will be carrying through a "large-scale rebuilding exercise on some of core aspects of the underlying technologies, which will help ensure that the system continues to provide a high level of reliability in the coming years."

ebrary service may be unavailable at times during Wednesday, February 7, 10:00PM through 02:00AM, Thursday, February 8. The vendor will be performing software maintenance on database systems.

(ebrary is an online book collection purchased by Fondren Library for exclusive use by alumni, and available through the Rice Alumni Association website ('Digital Library' link).
