Resource listings offline, 1/04/08-1/05/08

The maintenance event announced by Rice IT will impact the library's resource listings Friday evening (January 4, 2008) through Saturday morning (January 5, 2008).

Resource listings on the library's website which will be unavailable during this period include:

• our lists of indices and databases, including our listings of electronic text databases
• our lists of reference sources (encyclopedias, dictionaries, etc.)
• our lists of news sources
• our subject guides

Other affected materials include:

• the listings of books and periodicals proposed for transfer to the offsite housing facility (no lists are announced for their official 2 week review and feedback period)

Please note that most resources listed on the website are also cataloged in WebCat (which will be unaffected by the maintenance) - these WebCat resource listings all include links to the resources and are an alternate way to find and access resources. We apologize for the short notice and any inconvenience.
